ZENZAIは、日本で頑張る外国人の方が、更新にとられる時間と手間を節約できるよう、

また、円滑な申請により在留管理局の窓口の負担が少しでも減ることを目的として、

単純な更新については、報酬を下げて受任しています。

但し、基本的には書類収集はお客様自身で行って頂きますので、予めご了承ください。

In addition, the purpose is to reduce the burden on the person in charge of the Immigration Bureau by applying smoothly.

For simple updates, the amount is cheaper.

However, you have to collect the necessary documents by yourself.

勤務先、勤務内容、在留条件に変更がない
There are no changes to the place of employment, work content, or conditions of residence.
必要書類（住民票、納税証明書など）を自分で用意できる
You can prepare the necessary documents yourself.
在留期限まで3週間以上ある
There is more than 3 weeks until the period of residence.

フロー　flow

① LINEにて友達登録　Register as a friend on LINE.

LINEにて「国際行政書士事務所ZENZAI」の公式アカウントを友達登録して頂きます。

Please register the official account of “Immigration Lawyers Office ZENZAI” as a friend on LINE.
② 顔写真とパスポート、在留カードの写真送付　Please send a photo of your face, passport and residence card.

LINEにて、公式アカウントにご自分で撮影して頂いたパスポート、在留カードの写真を送付して頂きます。

Please send the photo of your passport and residence card taken by yourself on LINE.
③ 面談の予約　Please make an appointment for an interview .

写真が届いたことを確認し、こちらから返信しますので、LINEにて面談の予約をお願いします。

Once we confirm that the photo has been received, we will reply to you, so please make a reservation for an interview on LINE.
④ 面談　Interview

対面か、オンラインでの面談になります。（火曜日と木曜日はオンラインのみ受付）

Have a face-to-face or online interview. (The interview only online on every Tuesday and Thursday.)

パスポート、在留カード、必要書類、写真などを揃えて頂き、面談の際にお持ちください。

Please have your passport, residence card, required documents, photos, etc. ready for the interview.
④ 事前支払い　Prepaid

面談終了後、料金のお支払いをお願いします。

Please pay the fee after the interview.

現金、お振込み、PayPayからお選び頂けます。

You can choose from cash, wire transfer, and PayPay.
⑤ 申請　Application

料金のお支払いが確認でき次第、申請へ進ませて頂きます。

We will apply after confirming payment of the fee.
⑥ 受領、送付　Receive and send

入国管理局から新しい在留カードを受領後、郵便にて送付致します。

When we receive a new residence card from the Immigration Bureau, we will mail it to you.
※注意事項 Important points

※許可後の手数料4,000円、郵送にかかる切手代はご自身の負担となります。

The handling fee of 4000 yen after permission and the shipping fee will be borne by you.

※申請後に入管から追加書類の提出や質問がくる場合は、内容によって別途料金が発生します。

If the Immigration Bureau asks you to submit additional documents or asks a question after you apply, you may be charged an additional fee.
